Connected homecare services (CHCS) is a fast-growing NDIS service provider around Brisbane and surrounding environs. Founded by two registered nurses with vast knowledge in care delivery, leaders in different semi-acute settings and in community nursing. At CHCS, we are guided by our experiences, our passion and readiness to assist and driven by your happiness.
